CANCELLATIONS and REFUND POLICY
Tuition for the handgun program is non- refundable. Students unable to attend the
scheduled program due to not showing up, emergencies or conflicts may or may
not receive rescheduling at the discretion of the instructor. Should the
State of New Mexico cancel licensing, a substitute handgun program will be
offered in the place of the Concealed Handgun program, such as the NRA
Personal Protection in the Home course or PSC’s Advanced Handgun training.
Should the State of New Mexico deny licensing to a student because the
student is not eligible, no refund will be given. Students who fail the
program (initial or recertification) will be able to repeat the program at
half the initial tuition fee.
PSC’s
instructors are not employees of the State of New Mexico and can not act on
behalf of the state.
